The goal of this project was to modernise the kitchen and pantry so they flowed naturally with the recently renovated laundry and bathroom, while keeping costs under control for a home being prepared for sale. Maintaining the existing layout was important, as the client wanted to avoid changing the flooring, and a large quality stove was retained as it was still in excellent condition.

We completed a full kitchen facelift, replacing all doors, drawer fronts, panels, benchtop, and hardware, while also adding additional cabinetry within the pantry to improve storage. To create a contemporary finish, fluted glass doors were introduced, paired with slim vertical tiles on the splashback. Open pantry cabinetry was finished in black to tie in with the door finishes and add depth to the space. As the client already had their own plumber and electrician, we coordinated clear timelines and staging to ensure all trades worked seamlessly together. The result is a cohesive, modern kitchen and pantry that complements the rest of the home and presents beautifully for sale, delivering a low fuss transformation that the client was extremely happy with.
